When do I need to reply by?
As soon as you can. There is no deadline. Tell us as soon as you know whether you can come. The sooner we know the numbers, the better we can plan everything else. If something changes later, come back to this page and change your answer.
Can I bring my children?
Children in the family, yes. Beyond that we have had to draw a line somewhere. We know it is a delicate one, so if you are not sure where you stand, message us and we will talk it through.
Can I bring a partner?
When you look up your name on the RSVP page you'll see who is listed with you. If someone is coming with you who is not there, add them on the same form and it reaches us. If you're not sure, just ask.
What exactly is the dress code?
Formal. It is a church wedding and it runs through the day: women, please avoid white; men, a suit and tie. It is on the schedule page as well.
Is there parking?
Not at the convent. You can park on the street or in the Plaza de la Concordia car park, in the old town. There is more detail on the getting there page.
Is it indoors or outdoors?
Both, depending on the weather that day. The convent has gardens and a cloister as well as indoor rooms. Bring something warm for the evening.
Is there a bus? From where?
Yes. There will be coaches from Madrid in time for the ceremony, and back to Madrid at the end, around 11 pm. [To come: the pick-up point and the times.]
What time does it end?
Around 11 pm. There will be a coach back to Madrid at the end, so if you are coming from Madrid you do not need to arrange the way home.
I'm vegetarian, or I have an allergy. Are there options?
Yes. When you RSVP, each person has a box to tell us if they are vegetarian or vegan, or have any allergies.
